André Pieterse - Chairman

Delia van Wyngaarden - Group Chief Operating Officer

Delia began her career within the group at The Best Western Cape Suites Hotel, where she was appointed Financial Manager before taking on the role of General Manager. In December 2009 she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Ma-Afrika Hotels. Her vision is to expand the Ma-Afrika Hotel brand in Southern Africa, where each individual property will offer the same standard of Outstanding Service Excellence coupled with the training and internal promotion of staff, particularly women.

Johan Bester – Group Chief Financial Officer

Johan is originally from Durban, South Africa and now resides in the Cape Winelands. He is a Chartered Accountant and completed his Bachelor of Accountancy Honours at the University of Stellenbosch after which he completed his articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he gained experience in a wide variety of industries including wine & agriculture, FMCG, higher education, manufacturing and travel & tourism.

Loinice (Lo) Linden – Group Human Resources Manager

Lo (Loinice) began her career in the hospitality industry in 2003 after completing a Btech Degree: HRM at Cape Technikon .In 2008, she joined the Best Western Cape Suites hotel as HR Manager and was promptly promoted to Group HR Manager of Ma-Afrika Hotel(Pty) Ltd in January of 2010.
